Terms and Conditions

1. Cancellation Policy

• 75% refund if canceled until 1 hour before the session starts. No refund within the last hour before the session.

 

2. Behavior Guidelines

• I expect all clients to behave respectfully and professionally during the experience. Any form of inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to:

• Insults or offensive language

• Commands, aggression, or harassment

• Unwelcome physical contact or advances

will not be tolerated.

• In the event of such behavior, I reserve the right to immediately terminate the session with no refund provided.

 

 

3. Respect and Cooperation

• As your guide, I aim to create a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Cooperation, respect, and open communication are key to ensuring a successful and pleasant time together.

• Clients are expected to respect the itinerary and be on time for scheduled activities. Delays or changes to the plan may affect the experience, and any additional costs incurred due to changes will be the client’s responsibility.

 

4. Liability

• While I take all reasonable precautions to ensure your safety and enjoyment, clients participate in the activities at their own risk. I am not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages incurred during the experience.

 

5. Changes to Itinerary

• I strive to tailor the experience to your preferences, but changes to the itinerary may be made at my discretion for logistical reasons or to ensure a better experience based on weather, local conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. 

In the event that I am unable to provide the service due to illness, a full refund of the booking price will be issued. However, no additional compensation or damages will be provided.
